Might as well change the post, too.

There are currently no zoom mods for Mac that I know of.

Railroad town had three lines, two of which I've never seen.

Sheep pen to bakery - Mutton to bakery & returns pies to pen -

Sheep pen to animal grave yard - Sheep bones to animal graveyard & returns empty baskets.

Bakery to smith - Pies to smith - smith returns empty plates, new plates, bowls & sends springs to oven, to be returned later.

I loved that place, even though I had to repair the rails + carts every other life due to griefers.

Thanks for another dope guide.

Hats: Wolf hat > Straw hat > Rabbit fur hat > Wool hat
Chest: Sealskin vest > Mouflon hide > Rabbit fur coat > Rabbit coat shawl > Sheepskin/sealskin (ranking hide higher for ease of use + ability to keep until lineage end)
Pants: Rabbit fur loincloth > Reed skirt ( Need lineage to last >10 hours before skirt is superior to just making 2x loincloth)
Shoes: Rabbit fur shoe > Snakeskin boot > Wool booty

I also kill pedo RPers because that is disgusting

I kill people who are jerks for no reason (swearing at random people, bigotry thats not in joking way, just being generally toxic)

My own children when someone else refuses to let them starve. If a mom wants to starve her own kid she has a reason. Only fight her over it if its the only female child.

Also after i kill i will stand still in the middle of town and await judgement/explain myself. If you wanna stab me its your loss. Ill make pie/compost/tools for someone else. Usually people feed me and let me live.

Very rarely if ever is a griefer smart enough to stand still and explain. So give people on murder cooldown like this a chance to explain then decide wether or not to stab them.

You can make a solar cell from berrys i remember seeing this on applied science, but it could be a cool way to work electronics into ohol eventually. (I know its a long way off if it happens).

Without streams, lakes, or waves solar wind or chemical power is the options we have in ohol.

Wow!  Cool site.
Looks like we need glass for the recipe.
New resource - sand mounds/piles/pits in deserts?

Keep in mind irl juniper berrys need to be prepared in a lye solution, or passed through a birds GI tract to be viable might make for a fun mechanic ither way it goes.. i was dissapointed you didnt make us use willow water to root the tree cuttings though

Possibly an additional use for domestic geese, if juniper berries become a thing.

#11 Re: Main Forum » Stop making lazy sheep pens. » 2018-09-25 19:03:34

Trash pit pens with berry bush entrances are the the meta right now,
and I like it.  Def agree that fences are super easy to grief.
You can warn someone about where to place the dead baby lambs,
and if they ignore you, stabbing or shooting them is an option.
If its fences, by the time you notice, you could have a whole side open.
I accidentally hit fences with a shovel from time to time,
and have to rush to grab stakes, a round stone.

I wish the meta for a pen included more boxes as barriers,
but I've noticed most villages don't have dedicated milkweed farms until after sheep,
you know, unless you get a hand full of veterans in your town.

This week I saw the best of both worlds: a trash pen was outlined and reinforced by fence kits.

Nora,
who are your four people that were there that can back you up.

post lineage if they were there.

Right now, we have:

You were there, you were Lisa

Baker was there, he was Amina.

Mirelli was there, she was my twin sister Vera.

and I was there, I was Rose.

who else was there that is backing up your story, seems like it was only you backing up your story,
and people who were not there chiming in.

I know Baker was there when you called me an idiot for no reason,
gave me grief about how I Eve, and blamed me for a host of your problems.
Idk how that is not supposed to come across as beef.
If you see me as a griefer, get your eyes checked,
which has been the heart of almost every post I've sent calling you out on being foolish.

In case you forgot, Baker was to our right, we were by the forge on edge of desert,
he was by the bushes with triplets.

"You’re namecalling now, with the ‘prissy’ comment. I don’t understand why people can’t speak their opinions without name calling. Come on now. It’s not needed. "

Says the guy who literally called me an idiot, for something I wasn't doing....
That sounds mad prissy.

If people describe your disparaging behavior with disparaging adjectives,
then maybe stop calling people disparaging things in game.

Can't you understand by calling someone an idiot over nothing is toxic AF.
Ultimately, this behavior just makes the game harder for everyone, and makes ppl grief out of spite, i.e. bear cave babies.
Nora, now you can realize your errors of the past, and work on being more careful making judgements.
Tomorrow is a brand new day, and can start fresh again.

http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … id=1134966

After the pig was shot, life returned to normal, until the murder.

then life returned to normal again, I gave my apron, knives, arrow, and backpack to June,
who I could tell had a good head on his shoulders,
I taught some new guy how to make stew, go old and I died.

And lucky for me, I came right back.

http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … id=1135295

I grew up making stew, and helping random people with jobs they had going on.

After becoming a mother, teaching my son all the steps of baking.

A murder chain broke out, first kill was a planned mercy kill at the request of the murdered who did not want to spawn in the town again.  A woman who didn't witness the request, then stabbed the executioner, who was then rightfully stabbed by June.
It seemed like things were fine now, but then my son returned from the south clutching his belly,
gurgling on on blood as he warned us of a wild beast south.
My son was a nice child, he didn't deserve this.

June and I realized the town badly needed to prepare some pads, we had the resources and technology to do so.
He got right to sanitizing pads and I would soon return with a needle and thread.

I dedicated the rest of my life to hunting wild boars of the north west, and the wolf of the south that killed my child.
The town had seen enough death, murder, and famine.

Nearing old age, the towns folk were upset someone murdered the last pig, so we got a baby pig from a boar I previously shot,
and fed it with the help of an old man.
He brought me extra bowls of corn kernels and pies while I baby sat the baby boar.

I was using my clothing as defensive tiles against the soon to be agitated domestic boar,
when suddenly a young woman with child entered pig pen with domestic boar, and was attacked.
Not sure what she was doing in there,
if she was trying to take my wolf hat for her baby...
but she didn't make it to the makeshift medic station

I was old as dirt, so idk what happened afterwards.

Storm was the predominate name of the survivors of that camp my last life there,
maybe a few people from the Gay Family made it.

I don't see anywhere in post's I wrote about me claiming ownership of the town.
Maybe me calling it "My camp" to refer to its location and my lineage.

The is a false claim made by two users that disagree with me.

This is a confusing thread.

I am mildly curious about this all. I've played with both Pharo and Mirelli enough to trust their judgment calls, and I can't imagine an eve would put all that work into making a camp, only to start griefing it the next time she was born there.. though I'm sure stranger things have happened.

Keeping an open mind here, just skimming the argument. But uh, you claim she fed all her kids yeah? That she was griefing via mass-feeding every child in sight? But at the same time, the lineage says all her kids died at 0 years- with half of them having "F" as a last word, implying they were abandoned, not suicidal. The only kid that seems to have survived past infancy was a girl named Jennifer, who seems to have been stabbed by... Lisa, at 17 years.

Again, curious and open mind here. But if she was feeding every child in sight, why were all her kids but 1 abandoned..?

thanks, that's my point.

XD LOL @ Joriom

BAKER, my apologies, I misread you were Lisa Pharo,
who was the one who trash talkin' and just being a redacted.
It didn't make sense that you would act like that, and it's more evident from Nora's blame the eve,
scapegoat the eve mentality.  We good, Baker

Now Nora

Comparing having steel in eve camp to planting a Bush and making a bowl?
Way to minimize one of the greatest accomplishments an eve can aspire to.

You clearly know nothing about my play style so I'm not gonna argue with you about it.

If you were Lisa, then you are the redacted player,
And from your responses, you're just an all-around redacted.
Saying I'd bear grief my own camp is not aligned with my character,
but I can see how a simple moron might come to that conclusion.

Idk, Maybe keeping one kid, as per your own law, allowed was griefing in your mind,
idk how that broken hamster wheel of yours works.

Me and my twin were planning to get sheep.
We spent our our youths gettin backpacks in preparation of our journeys.
She stepped on snek, I said my good byes.
I gave my backpack to a baby, I didn't feed it, you Lisa, yelled at me for feeding it, and since backpacks dont keep 2 year olds alive, I decided to leave town, and raise a kid away from your upright ass.

And Nora lived one and a half lives there before I lived a second there?

How come Nora didn't clear snakes from deserts?
Why where there no sheep at gen 6 if Nora is so OHOL godly?
If Nora did such a good job at fixing my trash spot, why were people starving?
Where were the roads to resources?

@Some random person saying some random stuff about a random spawn about a random eve
they don't know.  Thanks for your input.

They did insult me, they called me an idiot,
they said I was responsible for griefing that I was not responsible for.
Look at my lineage, I didn't feed my kids,
and I wasn't about to feed someone else's kid of we couldn't manage

I didn't grief my own lineage, you are being fooled, but sure everyone is entitled to their convictions.
If you think i'm being salty for calling someone out on their bullshit,  and I don't think you should either.
I didn't go into my town and say "do as I say"
I'm not that eve,  I say I'm proud of you all, and go do my thang...
which was going to be making a sheep pen.
And being that I am always going to be responsible for a lineage that bares my name
(Look at nora's rantings for example)
I will claim ownership of a place I founded, but not demand items just for being eve.

This has been a fun look at what some random people think I'm capable of though.

#25 Re: Main Forum » Eve Pharo vs Lisa Pharo » 2018-09-21 23:10:42

Who didn't take the 15 minutes to make two more arrows...

Spoiler - not the bear.

I'm sure none of the babies abandoned would ever poke a bear cave... said no one.

We had steel and stew plants at the end of my eve life.  My camp wasn't bad, ppl just lazy and/or no one was prioritizing labor.
Also there was an abundance of berries north, east, southeast, south.  plenty of cacti, geese...  idk what else you guys want.

norarose86 wrote:

And I saw you feeding babies, gathering them up and feeding them all. You didn’t want your line to die off, but guess what ‘bruh’ that’s a form of griefing. Keeping all the babies and letting everyone starve. I cursed you and you deserved it.

You’re one of the people who sat by the fire, eating all the food barely working while watching the town slowly die then you blame Baker? No. Baker and I worked so hard and that village was the perfect spot for Firdaws to start over even with the ginger-bug.

No, you definitely didn't see me do any of that, I only kept one child past the age of 0,
after Baker flipped on me for nothing I did, but thanks for the scapegoating me.
All of the prideful eve stuff I did when I was a little one, checking out new features of the camp,
and giving props to my kin for keeping it going.
Then I made what looked like the first pot of stew since I planted the crops as an eve...
soooo.... shut ya dumb berry hole.

Here are the receipts: http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … id=1120793

-You didn’t want your line to die off, but guess what ‘bruh’ that’s a form of griefing. Keeping all the babies and letting everyone starve.-

I was actually ready to leave because my twin died... My motivation wasn't trying to keep that lineage going, I was trying to go eve with my friend, and leave you gingers behind me.
You guys had a leader, I didn't need to be there.
I kept my one child, and they shot her, their rule of law was trash and poorly implemented.

Nora says - "Anyway, yes your town was horrible."
Also Nora - "that village was the perfect spot for Firdaws to start over even with the ginger-bug. "

So... you're welcome?  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
