We have a compost apocalypse.
It survived despite the bottlenecks. It's a fortress.
if they are easy enough to avoid via...say buildings, it might just change some priority in town and dedicate a house as a granary.
tho i kinda like the horizontal vertical walls. Easier to click...but not...the other way around....
Everyone RN wants to try out clothes. Give it some time I think.
I think compiling all suggestions and extracting all nonesense and giving a nice comperative analysis. + If possible extract all the good bits and see if they work together.
hehehehe, nice one ![]()
Griefer.
Not punishment.
Pein, honestly imo goose should lay more eggs but have a dedicated nesting spot. A nesting box. If you feed a goose in a nesting box it lay a random egg clutch. Putting eggs on poo is a bologne. As far as I know some snakes lay eggs in manure, but not birds.
Maybe even include letting the goose incubate for goslings. Its a good investment for when in the future we might have some more egg requiring recipes.
I came to this town WAY too many times and it kinda grew on me lol.
I contributed a lot in new tools, the second horse cart also came from me as well as a bunch of clothes.
Some griefer let loose pigs in that town and there was a female murderer in town, so I hid in the wilderness in my youth and was given a shank.
Later we had more murderers lol. But that was pretty early in it's run and the library was the nursery.
Last I was there I had a gay lover and an adoptive son.
Having an eve camp depend on more people would just factor in a more punishing survival camp.
Promisciuity exists.
one seems fine due the space imprint. Any more and it's beneficial to just leave it there.
If poo was easier and less costly to move around not sure if we would need decay. I have always been in favot of having a more dedicated tool for compost, and to ease up on the shovel.
A dedicated poo tool is great..but.
Moving poo ain't an issue why a decay is needed. It's the surplus of it. Have you been to the current big town? The floor is literally poo...And then northern spans of the sheep pen are basically compost. Compost for miles xD
In the cycle, if you want to opt out of meat because you have too much meat but need wool, you just refeed the adults.
If you want poo and no meat, just refeed an adult.
IF you want meat, feed a lamb.
If you want to opt out of poo. Well you can't. And you can't be makng compost 24/7 all time either cause you're just replacing one tile of clutter with another tile of something that turned from useful to clutter.
And wool is great, it has many uses, no complaints against wool so far, and the wool pulis decay anyway and the thread that is really useful.
Honestly happned a few times in early camps and eve runs.
I either just didn't end up having any girls or they all died.
What I usually say to the remaining boys is; do whatever the heck you want. No mater how unorthodox, cause there's literally no-one that'll get mad at them for screwing up if they say, try fiddle with the iron blindly without ever before smithing or do some other crazy stuff. And if they wanan die, sure thing.
One time I ran with a son on a death trip to dead-land where we tried to run far away and die someplace random while simultaneously exploring.
Breeze, no person owes you their time.
Well Jason, you get the community you cultivate
There's not many developers that really communicate with their game's playerbase, it's really awesome and thank you for that!
Still a resource waste, but probably enough buffer soil during emergency situations.
I suggested elsewhere that a poop just decays into a single soil piece. But the timer should not be one hour, much shorter I think. 10 mintues why not. And you get a bandaid soil pile.
Well indigo dye was rather strong.
Indian yellow is a very strong dye too, so is rose madder.
Just the hue is very wrong for the colours, but that's because they're markers ![]()
Natural dyes are all sorts of strenghts. I think it's only the green which seems somewhat off to me.
Speaking of that. We have onions, we could have onion dyes. It's a ncie brown.
Girls in rl proceede to wear shorts with pockets under skirts.
Honestly imagine THIS update round the time of the many-eve city. Boyyy
I think a new look will have to be taken into poop disposal. Either make it decay after a while into single soil pile, which is a net loss in soil, but an okay and sensible step towards clearing up the poopyfied sheep pens after the clothing making supermachines we turned into
thankfully the clothing don't decay so they'll last for a good while. I think in a few days the fever will die off and we'll have clothes raiding expeditions to deceased towns. This is what I predict and this is what I did today on a very small scale.
Mutton overloading can be simply negating by not slaughtering old sheep, so that doesen't need attention if overflowing.
But poop on the other hand...
Also all animals should poop.
I was priest one time today in the village with the funky farm.
Though I actually died before I could conclude the ceremony lmao...
But damn this is some lovely story. I also quite like the new clothes a lot.
Yeah. Fixing things that are interwoven is usually quite a task.
Sometimes there are just too many factors that blemis a thing, singling out one thing that seems the most likely cause might just prove to not be an issue at all.
It might be many things that work in part to make a thing so.
Ya know I kind of expected these new clothes to be undurable but very easy to produce.
Can't say the other way around is good too. Will take twice as much time to clothe everyone in woolies, but now the clothes will last!
Haha, tell us your story
!
can't say that sheepskins do look rather cute as baby clothes...
