what im trying to do with this is ask. "Hi, new camp here we are ..... Do you want to live here?" If they say Y we move on .... people need to communicate. I learned this from an eve and have been doing it ever since.

So what's worse? 1 pile of dirt with 2 hoe "uses" or 2 piles and one hoe use?

#29 Re: Main Forum » People won't listen to reason » 2018-07-18 06:06:44

I soooo want to live such an interesting life! Why doesn't this happen to me?

#31 Re: Main Forum » if mommy says theres a famine dont return to the camp! » 2018-07-18 05:53:19

new player here. Can anyone give a hint to that ratio of people/berries? Personally, I don't know is it 1 new berry every 1 minutes per bush? and then what's the number of berries eaten in that same timeframe? With that we could probably come up with something like 1.5 berry bushes per person in town.... but I don't know the actual math.

Thank you so much for this. I was building up a mind map of this but the text is much better.

One thing I learned here is that I was trying to go for the compost way earlier!

This is were simpler signs make sense no? Maybe make it less annoying and label stuff.

#37 Re: Main Forum » Don't tell your children to have fun » 2018-07-17 03:19:15

I have taken to do that to talk to kids and ask them if they want to live in our village and grow it. Works to save on food for runners.

holy memory reading abilities I was literally thinking of doing this last night both because I couldn't find it and to learn stuff. This definitely needs to go into the wiki as well as being split into several articles... maybe a tutorial like map?

The only thing I'll suggest differently is not to waste time on fur -> water pouch. Bowls are better IMO since you normally make camp near swamps.

Let's see how building up on this can happen.

Normally when I am born in a town with problems with food and famine, I take a basket and I go in search of food for all, wild food .... I make 5 trips and try to leave the food near the workers (blacksmiths, farmers ...) but nobody else performs this task ... everyone else is wandering around the town waiting for the food to fall from the sky or they go away to look for food for them without thinking of anyone else.

Suicide babies is a problem of people who are comfortable
They do not realize how important they can be when a civilization has just begun ... simply by collecting resources such as wood, food, soil, rope ...

On several occasions, when I return from my trips to find food and deliver it to the workers, there is no one left alive ... everyone dies in their jobs ... (it seems a reflection of this society)

I have noticed this and I'm doing the same however it's hard to get people to do/follow.

#40 Re: Main Forum » How to fix big berry farms. » 2018-07-12 03:50:46

This is very intriguing for a new player. Could you a) explain why it's a problem and b) maybe make a wiki article about it?

Mod perhaps make a sticky one with this? it's really hard to find.

#43 Re: Main Forum » Bear Griefer » 2018-07-11 04:25:02

I believe I was in that village (or one where the same thing happened), and yes someone that left with me. Since all girls died and we tried to make a run for the bell said to me he lured the beer into town, before I died I believe it was this one http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … &id=508265

#45 Re: Main Forum » Learning how to make items, or.... building a society? » 2018-07-10 03:07:26

really nice thread.... I have been trying to learn the other way around by reading and can't find much. I'll try to go into big cities and experiment as other suggest. Hope I find some of the great people answering here in game.
