We just tested it out, and when you shoot someone with a note it makes the victim say what is on the note.

You can also use notes to curse people. If you are old enough to read the paper and have a curse token available it will get used when you pick up a note that says "Curse ....."

So griefers can shoot someone and force them to waste their curse on someone else at the same time...

Type "FOOD" but only get "F" because you're a baby. I remember when it was fairly even "F" for FOOD and "H" for HUNGRY.
I assume F won out because of the "press F to pay respects" meme.

The game needs more poop.

Everyone poops.

I think storage is a bit of a thing right now. Especially with threashed wheat and mutton. Unless you have a very efficient cooking department, it often ends up lying around, piling up, taking up space.

It would be nice if jute bags (storing wheat) and barrels (storing salted meat) would be added in order to store quantities of the same item.

Or perhaps the ability to turn "abandoned" bear caves into a "primative" storage area? (do bear respawn? idk)  People would have to unleash the bear and kill it before it does any damage to even get to building it.. In my eyes that would be a good challange for an expanding city. X)

These are all very good ideas!

Thought this was just me. I’m 90% sure this is a glitch that needs to be fixed. Surprised no one had mentioned it before this.

I brought it up last week:

"An ice hole was moving around like it was a seal. It would make the splash noise every once in a while, like it had escaped into itself, but the ice hole was still there. I saw this glitch on two separate lives."

Definitely a glitch that needs fixing!

OneLife.exe has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.

Ya, I just had a crash to desktop as well. There was constant lag. Every few seconds everyone would freeze for a second and then start moving again. I was eating a bowl of gooseberries and the whole thing froze up and the game crashed.

Hey! That was me, but Love killed me, she'd been helping dean and then Evilyn. I tried to get a knife early on to stab dean with but she was able to steal it away.

Lesson, any time someone helps a cursed baby, curse that person. Always.

Reed stumps dont despawn, you can dig them for a piece of adobe

They despawn after one hour.

#291 Re: Main Forum » How do wounds work? » 2018-08-21 15:46:13

So if I get bit by a snake and then jump in front of a pig, I can get sewn up instead of needing anti-venom?

I'd also like to know why exactly it is a thing. When I got told people can swap my stuff off of me as I get old, it just made me stress out when I am getting older: I have to be alert in my elder years so I have enough time to pass my stuff on...

Just like real life.
Better hurry up and decide who inherits your stuff, or get taken advantage of and picked clean by human vultures.

Why would you place roads on the sides of berry farms? that autowalk sucks when you are about to starve (and wood floors are just better to keep it's overall space defined)

lets keep roads efficient, shall we?

Autowalk is the best! Gets starving people to food extra fast. Just step off of it. Couldn't be more efficient.

#295 Re: Main Forum » Why do people feed other people's kids? » 2018-08-19 04:59:08

Because overpopulation is a myth.
Forage and you'll be fine. Tell them to forage if you're busy.
No need to kill or abandon anyone.

#298 Re: Main Forum » The most annoying thing » 2018-08-16 23:40:32

Ooooo Br'er Fox, I hate it when griefers use up all the soil and water on berry bushes... and use up all the plates making pieomes of food. Also, please don't make piles of fur into backpacks... or hunt all the wolves and snakes into extinction. That would be terrible. So annoying. Much bad.

This. I've saved people who had to go AFK several times. And the same has happened for me. Being able to feed people is more useful than harmful. I've never even witnessed feeding others as griefing beyond the mushrooms, and the mushrooms were fun.

#300 Re: Main Forum » I found a glitch! [FIXED] » 2018-08-16 23:28:24

Ya, I've had a couple glitches the last few rounds too.

#1 - An ice hole was moving around like it was a seal. It would make the splash noise every once in a while, like it had escaped into itself, but the ice hole was still there. I saw this glitch on two separate lives.

#2 - A guy in my village looked like he was riding a horse around, he moved faster like he was on a horse too, and then the horse just disappeared and he was walking normally again. I saw this happen with him several times, and I asked him if he had been on a horse and he said no.
