Penguins cure scurvy!!!
It's interesting that your clothes are already old when you get them.
I've certainly run the tutorial and the surrounding areas were very old. Baskets falling apart etc... I wonder how tutorial spawning works?
Yes it works with the tutorial in both 1080p and 4K mode.
Thank you!
You forgot the gold vein in the cold area. You aren't KingTut without a crown!
Also speed run YouTube video or it didn't happen ![]()
South of the torch/snake room is a door. Through there and down the hall, is another room with all the supplies you need to make an axe and shovel to remove the tree in the southern wall. OHOL Escape Room!
Congratulations! Welcome to the game ![]()
This too shall pass.
And the name checker shouldn't allow duplicates within the current curseable window of time.
we did it!!!!
i spent 2 hours in discord trying to gather a group of 10 people to curse me. then i spent 59 minutes in game waiting on the 10 curses. worth it! thanks everyone for helping!
Has it made any difference to how you're treated?
See, here's where I think the curse system is more of a "don't do this" problem. Plenty of moms still don't name their kids. Plenty of babies still crying N-A-M-E ... NA-ME ... while their mom has dumped them at the baby fire for the town wet nurse to take care of. That nameless baby could grow up to be an uncursable killer! Should women no longer feed any baby who isn't theirs? That's a lot of innocent players starving to death. Not a good feeling on either side. "Sorry no name" is now yet another reason to abandon players.
Idea:
I do agree that naming your kid should be a special parent-child interaction, but most people are simple folk and need some incentive. DO NAME YOUR KID, and you get a bonus, maybe fill up their hunger bar because it feels so good to do so.
People love positive reinforcement.
Bacon.
Sauerkraut with bacon.
Bacon über alles.

I MADE A CROWN!!!!
Ha ha ha!
There's a gold vein in the cold section of every tutorial.
I made my axe, shovel, and a pick. Went back and got the gold, made a leaf crown, then escaped.
I went north with my shovel but nobody had made it to the bonus area of the tutorial.
Such a great tutorial ![]()

So basically we are totally fucked if our Mom names us after herself and pisses off as many peeps as she can..
Shut up idiot, he already changed his mind.
LOL ![]()
Poor Eve Jones.
South, then North... Most didn't try the bonus area, one had cut down the tree but not dug up the stump. I finally found someone who had escaped but their fresh body was just outside. I was very old by then so I chose to die facing them. Good job. Excellent tutorial!
Let's dispel once and for all with this fiction that Jason doesn't know what he's doing. He knows exactly what he's doing.
It must include bacon. Luau when?
Awesome ![]()
Thank you!
Either that or this is retarded as fuck..
This whole cursing thing is retarded.
We don't have enough surplus time to defend property anyways. Property isn't a natural state,
territory and resources need to be defended to be possessed/owned.Much of our current system is a form of grand truce that people for the most part honor because
it benefits them.
This is very true.
EDIT: I think for the tech tree to advance the waiting time in production needs to be greatly reduced or eliminated completely.
FUCKING SERIOUSLY????
Yes. It would be easy to change the color to something neutral like purple. Dark purple. Eggplant. Aubergine.
Money.
A system of currency to pay and be paid for work would do wonders towards the concept of ownership.
