Just played one life as ginger. Kraut is so busted, especially with this ez mode on...

You can literally spam it as fast as you can make krogs if you just have the kraut board.

Think i managed to pump 15 krogs, but had to make the blade outta scratch aka files and such...
Also the place where i was born didnt have insanely huge clay field nearby.

We havent gotten that deep into the end game. Blacks are deffinetly early game powerhouse. Bit by bit the more towns are founded gingers value just raises and raises.

I've seen dozens of towns spammed full of rubber tech. There start to even be sulfur clutter cause the power house hard spams its special resource. Palm oil and coagulated latex in towns is bit more rare. Those towns are literally locked just behind the oil. All what there needs to happen is one ginger stumble on that town and they can take total control of the builded infrastructure and pump the oil out and open tons of water for them...

Ye horses are superior in gathering scouting etc... But gingers dont have to gather, they just wait in the shadows till the town dies out then walk in with their fiery red hair and pale skin and the gathered loot theirs. Everyone is actually just slave for ginger if they so hope.

Also kraut is highly underestimated as a food... Cause people rather make 20 knifes for cutting bread than use 3 blades for a kraut board.

Think we could start going towards the regular mode and drop the ez mode off...Majority of people have learned necesary skills to manipulate the world around them. Think it's due time to show em how harsh the  game really is. XD

There deffo should be some kinda note if its possible like the arc notes etc if we are switching back what it was before the influx.

Tho i kinda like it being this ez as you  can focus better on other things than constant hunger management...

Instead of recent 25 your score will be defined by your 25 most generic lifes XD

Ofcourse this would bring some fast paced fluctuation to the leaderboards, but after some time the score would settle on some set value of how well your offspring generically manage to navigate world.

This would also create:
1. A ingame learning curve of a character as the new players usually start the game by dying a lot thus having low slot. After playing bit by bit they would learn more and more tool slots as their average lifespan woud raise up.

2. Prevent noobs from picking up too many random tools and destroying less everything they touch with em.

3. More value on actually being really good eve on average.

4. pay to win system, where by buying a new account after mastering a game and then trying to go for 25 really good lives. Imagine the cash money for account buyes XD

Two ideas to twerk on it.

Raise the numerical value to deplete rng factor.

Instead of recent lifes count XX "best" lifes.

Is there a way to just count you recent X number of lifes for the score or is it too rough for some technical reasons?

Lets say the genetical fitnes, would only count your past 100 lifes(kinda feel the number needs to be somewhat "big" for any good valuation of your skill)... Then the amount of gaming wouldn't affect that much on the chances of reaching a good score.

Would sure take longer time for people who play less to get there, but eventually it would be possible for you.

Havent abused the SID bug at all this whole time the new gene system has been up. Only SIDed few times for my mom naming me HOPE. My genetic score is now at 88.4

I live 95% of my lives up to 60, with the ocassional sniper wolfs/boars. Havent snek stepped at all or REEE'd at mosquitoes, but they are locked into a bad biome so traveling there is so much more uncommon...

Tho this has only been up a little time and the score has been raising on a constant phase.

True dat. It's not perfect and theres lot room for improvement, but i dont think you need to just adopt a thing from other game when theres something totaly new forming in here.

The burned rabbit isnt a visual clue that the fire was too hot?

Clay bowl really should be able to be cooked also with coal too. Or if its "too hot for baking clay" then the bowl should breake to indicate you did something wrong.

The rest are true tho. Theres really some wonky mechanis build  the stack system of this game and not enough variety food recipes added cause it would totaly break the game by yums overpowerment that it would create.

Most of the towns are mainly ran and founded by our oldschool  special forces. Theres actually just few experienced players that literally make everything run. They regodnize serious threats early before they have funeled too far and prevent it before you have any clue of what was about to happen. 


Im afraid that this thing where the families that can survive long enough would just funnel the experienced players in few big familys and the rest of the world would strugle in starvation and tech dissadvantage big time.

The inventory system doesnt sound right for this game, as everything is visual and always "existing" and taking its space in the world. This may feel bit akward first, but you get the feeling of it pretty fast and it comes really natural. Its one of the spices of this game imho.

The thing with the language barrier is that everything in this game that is craftable makes pretty much sense after you figure it out. You really dont need any words for it, just visual clue should be enough. I mean in normal world it doesnt read potato in perunas...

Just hang on a bit and you get used to it, nothing to make better here.

These suggestions would just kill the uniqueness of this game and make it like every other gather, craft and survive game.

I get it that it needs some co-operation and be rare and special wow effect thing, but gingers have got so much this update. They got the awesome snowcastles and have acces to one of the best water/pip value food (the good old mighty kraut) and are also a nessecity for tattoos...

Young tips of a spruce tree are edible, tho they serve minimal nutritional value. Usually you cultivate it into syrup or a drink tho.

For cooked edibles, almost any stem/root is edible when cooked and serves decent nutritional value.

Plants for domestication could just be the edible ones.

Little monkeys for jungle to domesticate! Also jungles are a bug heaven. Bring bees into game. Domesticate mosquitoes for honey making machines and rename em  as bug swarm. Tundra could have reindeers.

just increase the SID penalty bigtime for the SID kid. People who cant live up to high age in any camp dont deserve high score.

Would even consider making it so that if you SID your score resets to default value. So you want to live in advanced towns and one town only... Good luck keep your defined tool slots. Big towns dont even need lots of tool slots as they can support more people.

This would help with the SID kids on eve camps aswel. It's terrible to set up a good camp and almost all of your kids just SID cause they dont want to play in a eve camp and want everything served em on a platter.

I kinda like it that you can actually do different desings with the stackes. Auto orienting would just make every city look the same as houses are usually the biggest land mark.

So auto orienting for me is absolute no.
