there is a subtle difference between the german one and the hindu one my friend. either way idc that much if i have to handle in game thats fine by me. if we got a free world thats cool too...im totally fine with it tbh.  i certainly weighed more than just the symbol.

his actions, his placement on the snow the cold bitter fortress speak loudly he is a destructive person, if you think its a hindu symbol of wel, being in the middle of a raid fortress i think you'd be the devil's advocate.

#177 Re: Main Forum » whoever made the fort in the northeast part of map on snow... » 2019-11-06 01:40:43

got it pein look im sorry thing went south, next lets try to communicate better honestly i was about to say hey you want a guard?  but then i asked are you even listening? cause you were still smithing and obviously ignoring me.  So i agroed to get your full attention so you stop smithing.  i'm honestly sorry about the whole matter.

If you have more to say pm me and stop derailing my thread please.

in conclusion that's fine if i have to handle hate graffiti in game mods....i will make it a priority tbh, thats a pretty poor stance on the matter imho tho.  is jason cool with this?

#178 Re: Main Forum » whoever made the fort in the northeast part of map on snow... » 2019-11-05 10:42:57

ok was missing the blanking part, didn't wanna burn tons of iron on locks.  I was salty about the giant swastika in his base not the loot. I build hearths not raid so far in this game. tongue

More of a low tech tribal player so I prefer scorched earth and denying loot to all in survival games tbh.  Otherwise it just gets passed around and people are happy to raid.  But if I can wall of a couple thousands units of water in finished goods and playtime I'd rather do that loool.  With nothing to raid raiders quit and you win by sitting round the campfire eating stew.

needs a perma ban mods or whoever in charge please take a look and ban hammer that fool...he did this on another arc too in the southeast.  I'm gonna leave it at that.  But I'm walling the place off either way.

#180 Re: Main Forum » 20+ babies? » 2019-11-03 11:24:01

I was gonna make a post about if you are after fitness may not wanna log in til reset lul.  On a side note we as players have done this ourselves by feasting on berri.  This will keep happening until the berri plantation meta stops.  Towns should seriously have no more than a 3x3 berri farm that is only for compost.

#181 Re: Main Forum » This arc is officially out of oil » 2019-11-03 10:23:09

i think the solution is to heavily control water resources and make an arena where only the toughest kids make it out alive... If I had known it was you pein  I probably would have let you be btw loool.

we could do all sorts of silly stuff make a bear pit where the gotta know how to drop stuff to make it out w.e. but letting kids just run off and not learn something before they are unleashed into the world is asking for trouble.

I envisioned a beri field where you dress one side in blue the other in red with a gate in the middle and you arm them and see which team wins.  It would be major comedy.  Then the survivors get released.

#182 Re: Main Forum » This arc is officially out of oil » 2019-11-03 08:17:13

seems someone didn't listen and i got your attention with agro then you stole my bow so naturally i took the much more valuable horse and hoes. tongue

i showed up for diplomacy and ignored me as understand how people abandon towns i was ok with it i wasn't ok with being ignored a simple acknowledgement would have avoided all the trouble tbh.

#183 Re: Main Forum » We really need an arc » 2019-11-03 07:02:50

only the strong survive is ez if you know the swamp and stew the days of living on the petroleum nipple are ovah! tongue

#184 Re: Main Forum » Bear massacres are real....do not feed the bears... » 2019-11-03 03:38:09

if Jason trolled a village like how you say that is pretty funny...unconfirmed rumors clearly.

towns please stock some arrows in between making engines and eating berri.  I witness many death to bears today it's not very encouraging.

#186 Re: Main Forum » I was the keeper of knowledge » 2019-10-31 21:39:52

That's boss man, Jason has really given us some good tools.  So valuable what you did.  A++ in my book I really gotta starting stocking hearth with blank blue paper more.

Time stamping maps also important on salvage maps too...any bright on idea on a short hand way to deliver time?  Ref the century?  C. short for century? with worded #?

#187 Re: Main Forum » Till two soil they said » 2019-10-31 21:23:04

gone are the days of the berri plantation LOOOL  I cringe everytime an Eve kick me out of hearth and drop me off in the berri plantation at three.  I try to hold / feed my kids til almost five and encourage them to sit around fire and feed off me especially since I'm running high yum I don't mind the extra food loss from my bar.

When I'm young I use heat decay to run small errand around the hearth cleaning bone piles removing clutter, bring yum, etc then get back to fire before too cold. The hearth has to be well stocked with wood, meds, food and clothging before I venture forth tbh. Once that done make some soup and by that time I'm prob getting old and back chlling by the fire at which point eraser, paper and pencil become concern.

#188 Re: Main Forum » Till two soil they said » 2019-10-31 20:54:09

yeah that clothing is super expensive I think is worth making clothing long as it get passed from generation to generation and stays around town people won't make more.  Ironically dying it increase its aesthetics increasing the likely hood it will be kept.

#189 Re: Main Forum » Eve window reopened mid arc due to lower player pop. » 2019-10-31 20:25:45

i made many many three sister soup tongue  force people off berri water soil sink.  Stnad round fire make meds stay warm use yum have lotta bebe repel raider live long lives.  Make sure cloth not get lost, dye cloth make people happy to sit at fire and dress up, ha.

The  low population times certainly helped with consumption and waste as well. Barely had to run diesel pump in villages I managed tbh.

#190 Re: Main Forum » LOL guys wrong cell! Stone hoe/ steel hoe! » 2019-10-31 02:54:21

nice dude thanks for solid number crunch the additional logistics is what pushed me over the edge to til one soil

#191 Re: Main Forum » Till two soil they said » 2019-10-31 02:37:14

yeah i was already on that page i believe i screamed profanity in the general direction of the smith as i tilled one tile rows in my lil soup farm.

#192 Re: Main Forum » oh no griefers built a well in a slightly less than ideal place » 2019-10-30 22:17:59

I once was plucked out of a baby swarm of that like one Arc I have no idea why the eve chose me either....guess sometimes you just get lucky.  Those screens made me lol probably more than they should have....

#193 Re: Main Forum » The meta has changed » 2019-10-30 22:11:55

Yeah liking the profession change class roles starting to be more defined and tbh I am noticing when certain players are on a post too....I'm like I've seen this player before doing this job!

#194 Re: Main Forum » LOL guys wrong cell! Stone hoe/ steel hoe! » 2019-10-30 15:17:57

whats funny is I needed no excel to know that a steel axe and hoe are cheaper...no milkweed bud that shits expensive.

Iron also feels very abundant double hoe'ing rows should probably always be done now not sure on the math check that one out? .

#195 Re: Main Forum » Is genetic fitness based on luck more than on skill? » 2019-10-30 15:12:56

Certainly a luck factor involved however my high score involved me personally saving my children via first aid and killing the would be murderer.  MY low scores also resulted from inciting war and excessive baby deaths.  I've also spawned been ignored and lived from persistence following mother or finding someone to feed me or maintaining warmth on fire to buy time.

Without doubt my score would be lower with less skill...however a lot of intangibles and luck plays a big factor too.

Definitely been tempted to force feed zombie babies however I refuse to waste food on such.

For the record a few of us held off the raiders at the southern Lisande town.  I defended town from quite a few attackers for most of one life until some pro claimed the gates on the Lissak town nearby it was legendary. How bad they were rekt.

After that things were peaceful thru the night...too funny.  Took their close spawn and they logged.  We literally pacified them and towns co-mingled after that.  It was a strange contrast.

#197 Re: Main Forum » Donkeytown mechanics » 2019-10-30 13:54:16

Same thing been happening to me...even stabbed a griefer he got healed then I got murdered and wasn't healed it was troll AF and cursed....cause lookie loo's just see my bloody knife.

I usually spread the word before initiating now to prevent this cause it happened a few times now and trouble seems to have diminished.

TBH combatants usually only curse after you curse them too.  So don't curse a raider cause typically a raider has some honor and doesn't attack from within the family.

#198 Re: Main Forum » Does the tool limit or the well limit cause fast arcs? » 2019-10-29 06:45:51

basically play style needs to change a bit to compensate...you gotta be stingy with dirt and water.  Which means stew and swamp biomes and single dirt rows with a double hoe. less berries means less berry snackers i dont even bother planting berry.  Woodsman could gather wild berries at start tbh.

I mean trees are major luxury gotta recycle religiously smiths the tools remember two broken tool = one steel bar.  Smiths never scrap....and I mean never.  I do on trash man job.  The knife is boss bread, pigs, mutton...

Rancher gotta breed sheep not feed adult sheared sheep and make goose.

You can eat iron but you sure can hoe with it....har har har.

#199 Re: Main Forum » So the arc just ended » 2019-10-28 20:44:58

all community towns..eves were slaughtered without walls long story short.  Three or four cities with wells and the raiders can get there swiftly from where ever they spawn.

edit also as murder increases fitness snowballs demise...as getting like 5 or so  tools slots at 10 fitness.

I've played a lot of survival games....the pacing purpose and flow it work.  Jason has done what EVERY OTHER PVP SURVIVAL GAME HAS FAILED TO DO!  Resources matter...conflict is player driven and meaningful...there's art creativity competence inheritance.  It's a culture simulator and you have to work together get along and progress or go the way of the dodo.  It's legit fun in it's current state.

I took a huge break OHOL around the item decay update...I had my doubts, I was salty, I called it a trash simulator.  I took a break item decay was scaled back things got better.

I came back and am hooked again...will I have a moment where a patch does some things I dont like?  Without a doubt but hey I exited to see where it goes personally.

It's a fast paced culture creation survival simulator it isn't safe and the most dangerous thing in the world is other players....honestly I like the direction it is going....fighting over oil oh the irony.  What I like most it's real people get attached while a simulation the experiences are frighteningly similar to how we got to where we are now imho.

Keep making your game Jason we all probably gonna hate and love you at one moment or another.

-peace...wait I MEAN WAR!
