I was born there earlier. Not sure who did it.
I was born in the black family and traveled up to the tans let horses loose out of the desert so that they could get them, then worked my way over to the white family and gathered a bunch of horses up for them as well.
I hate not having enough horses around when I'm born in a town.. I'm a gatherer and traveler a horse makes my gathering much easier. People tend to run off with horses and never come back.

A lot of the horses are stolen by people running to tarrs monument. Since it is just too far away that means a lost horse everytime.
- I believe the term "Berrymuncher" is derogatory and therefore I shall use the term "Berrier" instead.

It's not lost, it's still in the system, as long as it's near there. Because I am the one that finds them in the wild and I am one of the people bringing them, near there.
If I ever finish my town near there, they'll all wind up going back to the other towns, and, of course, find their way back out into the wild, as they always do.
It's just a lot of work, and getting to that town has become so hard, running there by foot from the furthest towns now takes me 10-15 minutes. If it takes me more than half a life to get there on foot from the furthest town, I may just give up on it entirely, but for now, I have enough there, so, whoever keeps bringing all the iron and buckets, to the Tarr monument, I love you, but, you can relax on that. If you could fill the cisterns of the old cities, from the wells I've made across the countryside, that'd probably be better.
I'd like to reboot the area around the monument someday, with a family of each of the four races, I'm just enjoying my own little project for now. Yeah... that's not true. It's actually very sad. I am intentionally not touching the well, because I don't want the place to die due to lack of engagement. I have my own tarry spot, and I have seen others, I just don't want to force anyone to be there, so far away from the other towns...
I could probably rough start 3 of the other wells near the monument, and in 4 hours, all four families would be up there, if I were born a woman of each of the 4 races, not that we need all 4, but I'd rather have it that way. I'm sure you see my problem though, this has gone from a fun project 500 meters from everyone else, to an arduous trek, 2,000 to 3,500 meters from everyone else.
It's making less and less sense, to fight the edge of the eve spiral, every day. Yet I don't want to give up on it. At least one of you, doesn't want me to give up on it either, I think, whoever keeps bringing all the tools and buckets there. I'm glad you do, so, I won't give up on it just yet.

It is not "in the system" if it is not going to come back. I can vouche for you getting horses when you are in a black family. But a)You are not playing the game alone b)You are not always playing black family. It is about a simple math Morty. Each horse trip to Tarrs monument is a horse that stays in Tarrs monument, because you are never going to go on foot to bring the horse back.

What a coincidence. I was his mommy, I lured bears to that town before he were born (in other life). It gave me an idea about making big zoo for bears, then luring them all to town. But it's too much work tho.
