What you would do really? When the future is depended on one single asshole?

Keep them around until you have enough babies, then rid yourself of the problem. Also take the babies away from her and raise them somewhere safe

I experienced that once. She tried to kill me and killed the guy I worked with on the pen after I died. Long story short the village died out.
For the time being, I think we have enough content.
